Established in 1969, Cannon School is a private independent junior kindergarten through 12th grade college-preparatory institution. Cannon attracts 1,000 students from Concord, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Charlotte, the University City area, Kannapolis, and Salisbury. Located on a 65-acre campus on Poplar Tent Road in Concord, Cannon’s 209 full-time faculty and staff members are committed to nurturing relationships at the heart of learning and engaging the learner in a journey of growth.
